Contesting structural steel order with the salary 16 man/month

On 10^th March recently, Japanese Trade Union visited and recruited directly workers of Thang Long OSC for structural steel order that working at Chi Ba province, Japan.

The contest included: direct interview – Welding – physical test

Basic salary: 16 man/month

Be paid the social insurance, the health insurance, the redundancy insurance as the regulations of Japanese legal

Quantities: 10 workers

Candidates: 15 workers

Expected exit day: July 2017

At 8 a.m, Japanese Trade Union presented at Thang Long Japanese Center to recruit directly.

The workers were implementing IQ test before interview

The direct interview by Japanese partner was starting

After the direct interview to collect the worker’s personal information, everyone moved to the factory to conduct the next contest which was the welding test.

After the thorny time of recruitment, Trade Union with Thang Long OSC’s staff discussed to make the final decision. The result was announced soon after.

Besides, the passed candidates will enter school on 15^th March 2017 to learn Japanese language, knowledge and skills.
